In Focus

In the moment the shutter clicks, a "film" is born—a memory captured, forever frozen in the flow of time. Many of my works reflect my personal understanding of photography. As a street photographer, I feel a deep sense of responsibility to observe, reflect, and convey the essence of life.

For me, taking a photograph should be an effortless action—a simple, honest record of life. Yet, this process must also be profound, with each photo carrying its own distinct character. This mirrors my understanding of memory: it is never singular, but layered and complex, often accompanied by conflicting emotions.

It is this emotional depth—the stories that hide behind every frame—that fuels my passion for photography. I am drawn to film, as its irreversible nature grants every moment it captures an authenticity, setting an unchangeable boundary around each detail. Each frame is real and unalterable, holding the purest form of time. For me, film is a tribute to memory itself.
